The Moment Food (MoFo) App is the most direct way to order and get your Moment meal from all brands of the Moment Group. It is managed by our owned Operations and Logistics teams, so your orders are handled with utmost care.
Apart from transacting directly with the Moment Group, the MoFo app allows you to do Multibrand ordering, which means ordering from multiple shops at the same time. For example, you can order your paboritos from Manam, the Hanger Steak from Ooma, and Din Tai Fung’s Pork Xiaolongbao—all in one order (permitting vicinity of the shops).
Also, while in its Beta stages, we are offering an introductory 10% discount for you to try the app.

Registering and creating my Account

To create an account, all you need is your e-mail address and mobile number.
In the address input, fill up the usual fields for the address for proper recording. Then, choose a pin for your address or the nearest landmark if your location cannot be found on the map. This should help us find you and make deliveries easier.

Choose Delivery or Pick Up depending on how you want your order fulfilled.

If you choose delivery, you will be able to choose between ordering from one brand or multiple brands. The brands displayed are those which are best to serve you and in a close vicinity to one another. You can order your Moment favorites from multiple brands using just one transaction, one shipping fee. The brands will appear in succession on the menu page. We can deliver up to 15km from the location of our stores with a delivery time of 100 minutes.
In the interest of serving you in a reasonable amount of time, there are some exceptions to Multibrand ordering. When ordering from Pancit Pancitan, you will be unable to order from other brands. Depending on your location, there are situations where shops are not clustered close enough. In these locations, certain brands may become unavailable.
With this in mind, we suggest planning your order ahead, especially while we are on Beta and have the intro discount of 10%.
Then, to finalize your order, checkout from your cart. Fill up the contact information, the delivery date and time. Add any order notes, tips for your driver, your Moment Card details and any vouchers. After this, you can proceed to payment via credit/debit cards, GCash, or COD.
If picking up, the same process applies to the selection of the brands. All you need to do is come over to the shop/s and present your confirmation email to the host.
After settling the bill, you can have your Moment meal for takeaway.
After clicking “Continue to Check Out,” there is a field for “Order Notes.” Kindly indicate your restrictions there and our team will do their best to accommodate. Should there be any requests that cannot be executed, someone from our team will give you a call.
MoFo accepts payments from credit/debit cards, GCash or Cash on Delivery. We accept all orders at a minimum of P 500. For COD orders beyond P 3000 though, you can expect to receive a call from our team to confirm your order. Please keep your lines open if you have big orders.
While we are currently on Beta mode, we cannot accept physical moment vouchers/gift certificates or Mo Dough (via giftaway). It is best to avail of these through our Dine-in experience.
Cut-off for orders is at 7:00PM daily. All orders made after 7:00PM will be processed the next day

12-15KM - P239If you are planning to order in bulk, we recommend placing an advanced order through the MoFo App. We accept advanced orders up to two (2) weeks ahead. This should help ensure all your items are well-stocked and will arrive on time.
Should you want the Moment Group to cater or serve food at your events, you may also reach us at events@momentgroup.ph.. Aside from our in-shop menus, Moment Catering can customize your orders to suit your needs.
Prices are slightly different from in-shop to cover for the packaging used to transport your orders.

How do I check the status of my order?
Upon each step of the process, the MoFo team will be sending you email notifications with the progress of your order. You will be informed when your order has been confirmed, when it has started being prepared, when it has left the shop and when it is delivered to you. Our riders will also be providing text messages to inform you of their progress.

On the app, you can click on the three lines
at the top of the page to take you to the menu and then click “Track orders.” Information from your current and previous orders will be available. The information displayed can be expanded by clicking “View Details.” If you are near a moment shop, you can refer to the contact information available at the Contact Us page. This can be accessed by going to the Menu and clicking Contact Us. We recommend calling or emailing your concerns, especially for any ongoing orders.

How does Mofo ensure food quality and safety?
It is recommended that upon delivery of your order, you consume the food right away. Should you need to set the food aside for less than an hour, we recommend that these be stored at room temperature in a dry place. Should the order need to be stored for more than an hour, let the food cool first before placing it inside the refrigerator.
- How to reheat my order?
- There seems to be something wrong with my food. What should I do?
Our food is safe to reheat for 30 secs to a minute. Please be mindful that some items are packed with aluminum foil, so please be wary of placing these items into your microwave, toasters or air-fryers.

Yes, Moment cards are part of the menus in the shops. Kindly make sure to follow the registration process included with the card so that your Moment Card can be activated.
All MoFo orders will automatically get a 10% discount as part of the introductory offer to the app. Other price promos cannot be used in conjunction with the discount.
Unfortunately, we cannot use these discounts while we are on Beta as the Know Your Customer process cannot be completed. Instead, all orders are at an introductory discount of 10%.
Yes, you can earn points. Just make sure to input your Moment Card info while checking out your MoFo orders.
